By placing an order with Mocha Pom, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorised user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Mocha Pom’s acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.

Prior to Mocha Pom’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. Mocha Pom reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Mocha Pom, for any reason whatsoever. Mocha Pom reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Mocha Pom shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Mocha Pom shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns. For domestic purchases, we accept returns within 21 days of the original purchase. For International returns, we accept returns of unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at admin@mochapom.com. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. We do not reimburse postage charges.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

DAMAGED PRODUCT OR WRONG ORDER

If your order is damaged or you received a faulty product, you are eligible for either a refund or re-shipment of your product. All requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us of the requested change immediately. We are only able to make changes to your shipping address prior to shipping your order. We cannot offer a refund if you notify us after the order has been shipped to the original address.

INCORRECT ORDER

If you made a mistake in your order, please notify us of the requested change immediately as the packing of your order often will begin on the same day you placed the order. We are only able to make changes to your order prior to shipment.

 Excessive Returns

Mocha Pom monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Australian Terms & Conditions 

1.  It is the customer/s responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order is correct at the point of check out. 

2.  Estimate delivery to be within 3 business days to Metropolitan areas upon dispatch by Mocha Pom. 

3.  Estimate time of 5 - 7 business days to rural areas once dispatched by Mocha Pom.

4.  Please note that Mocha Pom does not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third party delivery services. 

5.  You will receive an email once your order has been picked up by our providers to let you know that your package is on its way. 

6.  Should a delivery be returned to Mocha Pom due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office / courier outlet due to miss delivery card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a return to sender fee and shipping charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.

International Terms & Conditions:

 1.  It is the customer/s responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order is correct at the point of checkout.

 2.  For International deliveries, it is estimated a Metropolitan delivery time of 10 – 21 business days upon dispatch.

 3.  Estimate rural deliveries can take up to 30 business days upon dispatch. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to third party delivery services and unforeseen circumstances such as customs, government stoppages etc.

 4.  It is the customer/s responsibility to pay any entry taxes charged by some countries to accept their product. Mocha Pom is not held responsible for these costs.

 5.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email that your order is on its way to you.

 6.  Should a delivery be “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, failure to collect the delivery from the local post office or courier outlet due to miss-delivery card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a return to sender fee and freight charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
