Sirius Alpha By Mocha Pom Story
After a disappointing experience at a grooming salon, Tijen decided she wouldn’t take Mocha back and instead began teaching herself how to groom her beloved dog. This personal experience sparked Tijen’s interest in the grooming industry.
As she dove deeper into this area, she quickly realised that there were no grooming products available that met Mocha’s specific needs. Determined to change this, Tijen spent six years researching and testing various ingredients to develop the perfect formula—a blend that would address every aspect of a dog’s grooming requirements.
Her goal was simple: to create products using only high-quality ingredients that were suitable for all dogs, providing them with the care and attention they truly deserve—just like Mocha. Mocha even had a hand in selecting the product scents, choosing a luxurious blend of Cedarwood and Geranium Essential Oils, which she particularly loves.

Behind The Name
The name comes from the star ‘Sirius’ (Alpha Canis Majoris). It is the brightest star in the night sky.
It is often called the Dog Star due to the constellation it is in ‘Canis Major’ (The Greater Dog).
The name is perfect for her grooming products as she knows she has created a product that will make your dog look and feel like a bright star.
