EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can do this by completing our online withdrawal form below.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request. This confirmation only acknowledges that your request has been received and does not constitute acceptance of your return or the processing of a refund.

Returns

Following your withdrawal request, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Returned items must be unused, handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories and documentation where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Returned goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our nominated return address. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods together with the cost of the original standard delivery method paid at checkout.

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery costs.

We may withhold any refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, as permitted by applicable law.

Once the above requirements have been satisfied, refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exemption is permitted by applicable law, including, where applicable:

• personalised or made to order products;
• customised products;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery; and
• any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
